To find a correct printing method is very important based on the fabric, color, expense…when custom t-shirts. The printing includes silkscreen printing, digital printing, full sublimation printing, rhinestones and studs. Each of them has a different production cost and feature. As well as we known, there are many different fabrics content, some of printing way are good at printing on cotton fabric, some not. For the printing method, we use the most advanced technology to guarantee high quality prints for your custom t-shirts.

Silkscreen printing

Screen Printing (Silk Screen Print) is the most common way to display a logo on the uniform. The printing color is sharp and bright and the cost is relatively low comparing with other printing methods. Therefore silk screen printing is suitable for event and activity wear and premiums.

For cotton, cotton blended fabric garments, our factory mostly use silkscreen printing because its wide range of performances coming from different inks and techniques in use, screen printing contains water based ink printing, discharge printing, rubber printing, plastisol ink printing, flock printing, foil or glitter printing. Meanwhile, heat transfer printing we use often in promotional products.

Digital printing

Without the need to create a plate, digital printing has brought about fast turnaround times and printing on demand. Instead of having to print large, pre-determined runs, requests can be made for as little as one print. While offset printing still often results in slightly better quality prints, digital methods are being worked on at a fast rate to improve quality and lower costs.

Full sublimation printing

Polyester, leather, other blended fabric, full sublimation printing and rubber printing are best choices. It is used for applications such as T-shirts, banners, table covers, sportswear and flags.
